" Hands down the most courteous & helpful staff of any of the motorcycle shops I've been to. They have an amazing selection of gear and in ALL sizes. I went there with the intention to find a pair of gloves that would be comfortable when riding my Ninja. I have small hands & most stores will only stock Med-XL gloves, with a minimal selection at that. The employee helped me to find the perfect glove, after having me try on a half dozen or so. He was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me. He walked me around to the helmets, and answered all the questions I had regarding any of the gear in the store that I was interested in. I ended up purchasing the Icon AXYS gloves and love the so far. I will most certainly be shopping there again. It's nice to see brick & mortar stores that have that kind of inventory & customer service. A+"
"I have been going to this cycle gear for over a year now. I have made good relationships with the employees especially tess and the manager , who's name escapes me at this time.
I always have the best and friendly experience in the store. I always come back during the summer to chat and look at new gear as I cycle out my older and less quality ones.
I tell everyone I meet and instruct in the motorcycle safety program in the state to go down to them to get the best gear at some of the best prices.
I wish they just had more items. "

Their prices are always competitive and the store is always orderly and well lit. I'm a small female, so I wish they had more clothing items (gloves, jackets, jeans) in my size, but that seems to be the way it is everywhere."

"Cycle Gear does a great job covering all your basic gear needs. I especially appreciate the size of their women's gear section - I don't just have to hope that a men's small fits me (even if sometimes the men's small is the garment that ends up fitting best anyway). The staff is always cheerful and helpful without being pushy. I'm glad that Cycle Gear is close enough to be my first-stop gear store."

"While looking for a new pair of riding gloves... which fit like a glove, I noticed a great deal on new high-viz helmets thus, the guys did their best to fit me with the right helmet.
Though they didnt have the exact helmet in stock, they assured me it would show up at my door step in only a few day.
It showed up as promised in about four days.
I highly recommend Cycle Gear. Great prices and even more important... great service.
